We are here to help you through this difficult time so please remember to pick up the phone and call us if you are worried about anything. We are at the end of the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Detailed below are the services we provide. We take care of everything for you.

There are many places in Cornwall for funeral services to take place. You tell us where you would like the funeral service to be held and we will arrange it for you.
If a burial service is what your loved one wanted, they may have informed you of the cemetery/natural burial site and may even have prepurchased a grave. We will take care of the arrangements for you and complete the paperwork on your behalf.
Chapels of Rest
In October 2013, we were very proud to announce the opening of our second branch in Truro Road, St Austell, in addition to our purpose built premises at Foxhole, St Austell.
Both our branches have a reception area, offices and Chapel Of Rest.
Families and friends are welcome to come and spend time (view) with their loved one at a time that is convenient to them by prearranged appointment.
Funeral Announcements
We can publish death announcements in the newspaper of your choice before the funeral service. The cost varies depending on the length of your announcement, your choice of paper and whether lineage or in a box. Online announcements are free of charge including on our Facebook page.
Following the funeral service, you may wish to place an obituary and/or thanks in the local paper.
Floral Tributes
We have a brochure for you to browse to find the right floral tribute for your loved one, the florist can create a personal tribute if you wish or flowers can be selected according to your budget. Orders can be placed yourself through a florist of your choice, or we can contact a local reputable florist to arrange the flowers on your behalf, according to your wishes. We ask that floral tributes are delivered to us before the funeral, so they can travel with your loved one.
If friends and family arrange their own flowers, please ensure flowers are delivered to us. It is advisable to call us to check what time we require the flowers.
Flowers will be taken to the church or crematorium on the day of the funeral in the hearse and will be put on display after the service.
Vehicles
Donations
Families often choose a charity for donations in lieu of flowers. On the day of the funeral there will be a donation box with the chosen charity displayed on it. Before or after the funeral, we will accept donations by post or in person to our office address. Cheques must be made payable to the chosen charity. Donations can also be given via our funeral notices page.
Four weeks after the service, we will send all donations to the chosen charity and we will write to the next of kin to say how much was donated. If you wish to take the donations to your chosen charity yourself please tell us and we will ensure the donations are delivered to you.
Funeral Stationery / Order of Service
Service sheets last so much longer than the service itself, we try to make each one personal by encouraging photographs and images so it’s a special keepsake to remember your loved one.
Memorials
We are not monumental masons but we can put you in touch with local reputable firms, who will be able to assist you with headstones, tablets, flower pots and other memorials.
Funeral Plans
When a loved one passes away it often makes people consider their own funeral arrangements. We can offer advice on funeral planning and help you record your wishes.
Repatriation Services
We recognise how distressing it can be to family and friends when a loved one dies abroad or in another part of the United Kingdom. In liaison with you, the family, we make all the necessary arrangements for our team to bring your loved one back home safely, and only involve others if overseas travel is involved.
Registration
The only thing that we cannot do by law on your behalf is register the death of a loved one, but we will arrange an appointment and provide you with the information you need once the doctor has issued the Medical Certificate of Cause of Death (often referred to as the death certificate).
If you would like any further information or have any questions regarding our services, please contact us.
I would like to thank Stacey and the team for their services through this difficult time for me and my family. From the big things such as working to get the date we wanted for mum’s funeral to the little touches like wearing ties in mum’s favourite colour, you were all wonderful, and it was a lovely service which mum would have very much liked.
Thank you again for all that you have done for us.
