On Friday 10th December 2021, The Paul Bourton Team set off on a 40 mile challenge, walking from St Julia’s Hospice in Hayle, to Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell, raising funds for Cornwall Hospice Care.
We are delighted that we have been able to raise £500 for Cornwall Hospice Care, which was our chosen charity for this event. Thank you to everyone for your support along the way, for the amazing donations, and to our team members who made the challenge possible.
Thanks also to the nurses and carers at St Julia’s for the warm welcome, to the hospice fundraiser, Amy, who helped make this happen, to Radio Cornwall for featuring us on their show, and especially to all the staff at both hospices for the amazing work they do every single day!
Throughout the course of 2021, this has been the 20th local charity that we have supported.
